Account data: name, email address and password.
Physical data: weight, height, age range, body type and declared injuries.
Usage data: workouts completed, progress and plan preferences.
Technical data: IP address, device type and browser.

3. Purpose of processing

We use your data to personalise your training plan, improve the platform, send you communications about your progress (if you consent) and comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on performance of the service contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), your consent for marketing communications (Art. 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interests in improving the platform (Art. 6(1)(f)).

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your data to third parties. We may share it with technical service providers under confidentiality agreements, and when required by law.

6. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is erased within a maximum of 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain it.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and request portability of your data.
