ÀTOM SPORT is a personal training platform that offers personalised exercise plans, progress tracking, communication with coaches and services of the associated gym.

To access all features you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Platform for illegal activities, not to attempt unauthorised access to systems or data, and not to share your account with third parties.

5. Health and exercise

Training information and plans are general in nature and do not constitute medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise programme.

6. Data privacy

Processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform is owned by R2 Digi Solutions S.L. or its licensors. Reproduction or distribution without express authorisation is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

ÀTOM SPORT shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, within the limits permitted by applicable law.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use after notice implies acceptance of the new terms.
