Account and data deletion — Twins Trainer

About this page

This is the official account-deletion resource for the Twins Trainer app, published on Google Play Store by the developer Evoteg.

You can delete the account from the Twins Trainer app or, if you cannot sign in, by email.

Steps in the Twins Trainer app

  1. Open the Twins Trainer app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Account.
  4. Tap Delete account.
  5. Enter your password and confirm Delete my account.
  6. The account stops working immediately. We keep a backup for 1 year.

Steps by email (if you cannot open the app)

  1. Open your email app.
  2. Write a message to atomsportfit@gmail.com.
  3. Use the exact subject: “Account deletion request — Twins Trainer”.
  4. In the body include: the email you registered with in Twins Trainer, your name, and the sentence “I want to delete my Twins Trainer account and all associated data”.
  5. Verified requests are completed within a maximum of 30 days.

Data that is deleted

After we verify a Twins Trainer request we permanently delete (except as stated in the next section):

  • Account data: name, email, password and sessions.
  • Declared physical data: weight, height, age range, body type and injuries.
  • Usage data: workouts, progress and plan preferences.
  • Communication: trainer chat messages and files (photos or videos) you uploaded.
  • Bookings and device: class bookings linked to the profile, push-notification tokens and session technical data.

Data that is retained and additional retention periods

Some Twins Trainer data is not erased immediately, or is kept for an extra period for legal or security reasons:

  • Invoices and tax records: up to 6 years (Spanish tax and commercial obligations).
  • Account backup: up to 1 year, then anonymised. You cannot sign in during that year.
  • Security and access logs: up to 12 months (IP, device, audit) to prevent fraud and abuse.
  • Aggregated statistics: kept indefinitely if they cannot identify you.

Timeframes

If you use the in-app button, the Twins Trainer account becomes inaccessible immediately. The 1-year backup and invoices (6 years) are additional retention after that date.

Gym membership

Deleting the Twins Trainer app account does not automatically cancel a gym membership, direct debit or contract at the physical ÀTOM SPORT centre. To cancel those, contact the gym or write to atomsportfit@gmail.com.
